01. Introduction & Acceptance

03. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to use jz011's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must play of your own free will and using your own funds.
• You must be mentally competent and capable of making decisions responsibly.

04. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

jz011 supports secure payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are protected through SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawal funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

05. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions at jz011 are offered under specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome bonus: up to 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be transferred to another person.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses have a limited validity — if the wagering requirement is not met within the set timeframe, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If any misuse of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

06. Gameplay & Fair Use

Fair play is ensured across all games at jz011. Results are kept impartial using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• All game outcomes are determined automatically and impartially.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, jz011 will settle that game in accordance with specific rules.
• If an incorrect payout occurs in any game due to a technical error, jz011 reserves the right to correct it.
• For sports betting, it is required to read the relevant rules before placing a bet.
• Responsible behavior is expected while playing — taking breaks and knowing your limits is important.

07. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on jz011. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Abusing bonuses, stacking, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other players to place bets or attempting to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources in a jz011 account.
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security.
• Annoying, threatening, or harassing other users.
• Registering or completing verification using false identity or documents.

09. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

• Extended period of inactivity (with prior notice).
